Life happens. With it comes anxiety, stress, trauma, frustration, and worry. These are a part of natural life experiences that you do not have to face alone. It has been an honor to begin my career working with military, first responders and their loved ones. Now I am here for you. Raphaelle Bernier,

M. S. LPC- Associate

"I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate, born in Canada and raised in Texas. I attended my undergraduate studies at Southern Methodist University, and completed my Master's program at Texas Woman's University. In my free-time, I enjoy writing fiction, catching up on my favorite shows, cuddling with my dogs on the sofa, painting, and enjoying a quiet afternoon curled up with a good book.

In my ideal client, I envision someone navigating life's complexities, seeking support for personal growth and resilience. They may grapple with stress, anxiety, or relationship challenges, longing for self-discovery and emotional well-being. Motivated by a desire for positive change, they aspire to cultivate coping skills, enhance self-esteem, and foster meaningful connections. My goal is to empower them on this journey, providing a compassionate and collaborative space for exploration and transformation.
Specializing in REBT and person-centered therapy, I offer tailored support for emotional resilience and self-discovery. Through evidence-based techniques, we'll work collaboratively to address irrational beliefs, fostering personal growth and empowering you to navigate life's challenges with clarity and resilience.
Embarking on a therapeutic journey takes courage. I'm here to understand your unique story with empathy and support. Let's explore your path together. Reach out for a confidential space to share, grow, and find resilience; your journey towards healing begins with a conversation."

THERAPY

Dorothy Arrington, M. S. LPC- Associate Supervised By Gabrielle Rendon LPC-S

I earned a degree in Art History and Anthropology from the University of North Texas and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health from Our Lady of the Lake University. I’ve lived in the area for most of my life and look forward to serving this community.

For over 20 years, I’ve worked with children and teens, helping them overcome challenges related to anxiety, depression, agoraphobia, trauma, autism, and ADHD. While my background as an art teacher has shown me the incredible healing power of creativity, I also integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches into my practice. In addition to art and play therapy, I use cognitive behavioral techniques, life skills lessons, and a person-centered approach to ensure each client feels supported and understood in their unique journey.

My goal is to provide a safe and nurturing environment where young people can express themselves, build coping strategies, and develop the resilience they need for the future.
